With the country's emphasis on environmental protection,wastewater discharge standards are gradually upgrading,the currently facing problem is wastewater of nitrogen,especially ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N)and total nitrogen(TN)removal.The summary of wastewater denitrification treatment of physical,chemical and biological methods based on,with catalyst production wastewater as the research object,combined with the wastewater characteristics containing high salt and low C/N,real-time control mode is adopted in the SBR reactor,for catalyst wastewater of entire and short range nitrification denitrification technology experiment.The main results achieved are as follows :(1)Traditional nitrification and denitrification operating characteristics of the results showed that: salt concentration for 15ms/cm,dissolved oxygen(DO)for2±0.5mg/L,temperature for 30±2?,SRT for 60 d.After 20 days of cultivation and domestication,microbial nitrification denitrification is obviously strengthened.When the water residence time is 6h,microbial culture before and after the acclimation,the total nitrogen removal rate was 21.9% and 66.4% respectively.Carbon source addition experiment showed that the traditional denitrification removes 1gTNN need 5.9gNaAc.(2)Nitrification and denitrification start the research results show that: under the real-time control,the condition of low C/N wastewater containing salt catalyst only 10 cycle starts,the nitrification nitrite accumulation rate(NAR)can reach more than 95%,after the start of nitrification and denitrification,the carbon source demand for 3.7gNaAc/1gTNN,compared with the traditional nitrification and denitrification save 37.2% carbon sources;the optimization of operation conditions results show that: at the temperature of 30 ?,DO for 0.5-1.5mg/L,p H for 7.8-8.3,which are not only conducive to the accumulation of NAR but also help to reduce operating costs;the stable operation of results showed that NH4+-N and TNN removal rate respectively reached 96.9% and 99.7%,the average NAR is 98.1%;at the same time the denitrification stage of carbon source demand for NaAc/TNN is 3.1:1,reduced by 16% compared with the start of short-cut nitrification and denitrification.(3)Traditional nitrification denitrification and shortcut nitrification denitrification in the technical aspects of comparative analysis,it shows that the latter can save 47.46% of carbon source,nitrification residence time from 6 h shortened to3-6 h,aeration rate reduced about 25%;in the engineering application of estimate the former operation cost of wastewater treatment is 1.63 yuan per ton,the operation cost of the latter is 1.21 yuan per ton,indicating that the shortcut nitrification denitrification in the treatment of high salinity low C/N ratio wastewater,saving time,power and carbon source relatively,processing cost is low.
