With the rapid development of offshore oil,large amounts of submarine pipelines are needed.The adverse working condition of pipeline in service,which tends to be easy to cause the fatigue failure,and the loss of manpower,resource and the environment caused by it is immeasurable.Therefore,it is quiet important to carry on research of fatigue and safety assessment of submarine pipeline.At present,due to the lack of full-scale fatigue equipment,domestic research of submarine pipeline mainly focused on the small size.However,researches have shown that full scale fatigue test can reflect the reality working life of the submarine pipeline more.In order to improve the research in the field of submarine pipeline in the full-scale fatigue test,based on the analysis of submarine pipeline in service environment,this paper completed the design of the resonant pipe full-scale fatigue testing machine,and checked the strength of the key and finite element analysis.Through the research of development situation of submarine pipeline full-scale fatigue testing machine at home and aboard,this paper put forward the research contents of resonant pipe full-scale fatigue testing machine,and analyzed the structure size and the service environment of the submarine pipeline in detail,and worked out the basic design parameters of the machine.For the function which the testing machine needs to implement,the paper completed the design of system scheme,the transmission way,the control system and the data acquisition module,used the 3D design software named Inventor to complete the testing machine structure design,and based on the calculated natural frequency of the specimen of pipeline,completed the design of vibration load module.Based on the stress analysis of the structure,the paper checked the intensity of the key vulnerable structure,and analyzed the stress of structure by using the analysis software named ABAQUS,and it provided a theoretical basis for the structure reliability.
