Research On The Application Of Refining Simulate And Optimization Technology To Improve Profitability

In recent years,with the national economic growth is slowing and refining capacity surplus problem increasingly prominent,the competition between refineries is increasingly fierce.How to base on the current,in the case of no investment or little investment,through the optimization of products structure,increase the high value products to improve profitability,such as refineries have become the important problem facing the survival and development.In this paper,Research on the application of Refining Simulate and Optimization Technology to improve profitability.Using RSIM software,for refinery by production process unit,the plant reaction kinetics model is established according to the actual logistics of the relationship between the upstream and downstream.RSIM model combines refining kinetics package profimatics and a large empirical formula,with higher accuracy,more comprehensive information and higher availability,can simulate the whole process of refinery.Apps refinery whole process simulate and optimization technology,combined with the various aspects of the reaction mechanism of the refining process,and use "molecular refinery" concept,By means of the raw material composition,process parameters,product quality control,the processing route of each component and the total process of processing program simulation calculation,to achieve a dynamic optimization of the production process,diesel-gasoline ratio decreased to 0.90 from 1.48,jet fuel product yield from 5.5% to 13.0% increase,reaching the purpose of optimizing the product structure,to improve profitability has is very important.
