This thesis comes from the part of the company’s international cooperation and development project ZJ14051-ZJ30/2000 CZ,which is designed according to the standard of API,GOST,GB and other related industries.The biggest difference between the ZJ30/2000 CZ and the conventional truck mounted rig is that the maximum hook load is 1800 kN,but the maximum hook load is raised to 2000 kN,and the mast must be able to operate from the range of the wellhead 50 m and can realize remote monitoring function.In order to meet the requirements of the project,the structure strength of the mast is checked and strengthened,and the hydraulic control system is designed and studied.The design of the control valve and the cylinder is completed.This paper first introduces the basic situation of the project,the new control system of the domestic and international development situation,analysis of the important significance of the current research.According to the technical requirements of the project,the hydraulic system is designed and calculated,and the hydraulic control system is studied.Secondly,the hydraulic control system is designed to meet the requirements.According to the design of the hydraulic control system of the assembly,and in the plant to carry out the oil derrick hydraulic control system debugging and testing,and then verify that the hydraulic control system can meet the derrick hoisting and stretching conditions,and control valve parts,the implementation of components,and determine the set of hydraulic control system function is good,control effectively,can meet the actual requirements.
