Electric submersible pump often happens air lock when it works in the well which is in high gas content,the situation makes a severe impact on the property of electric submersible pump,the application of down-hole gas processor is conducive to improve the property of electric submersible pump in high gas content well,this has been confirmed in some oil wells,but the mechanism of down-hole gas processor and application optimization theory is relatively lacking,so it is necessary to study it.First of all,according to the structure of down-hole gas processor,study the gas processing principle,build the model of down-hole gas processor by Solidworks software and import it into Ansys software for meshing to form a Mesh file,then use the Fluent module of Ansys software to make the dynamic simulation of internal flow field of the Mesh file,at the same time,make the structural parameters optimization,according to the results of numerical simulation,the working mechanism is studied.Then,in order to test the property of down-hole gas processor,experimental equipment was developed,including experimental principle analysis,test index and test method study,experimental equipment function design,resettlement site condition analysis,overall process and each subsystem design,conduct the experiment after install and debug experimental equipment,by comparing the characteristic curve diagram of electric submersible pump when down-hole gas processor is installed or not,and volume gas rate of its own inlet and outlet to judge its property,the experimental section inlet gas content is 0%,10%,20%,30% respectively before the installation,the experimental section inlet gas content is 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50% respectively after the installation,through the experiment,it measures that gas processor handle high gas liquid into low gas liquid,the reduction rate of average gas content is 80%,the resistance ability of electric submersible pump is 10%(gas rate)when gas processor is not installed,the resistance abilityof electric submersible pump rises to 50%(gas rate)when gas processor is installed.Finally,make the contrast and analysis of experiment results and numerical simulation results,under different inlet gas content,the average relative error of outlet volume gas rate between experiment value and numerical simulation value is 5.06%,the average relative error of gas content lower rate between experiment value and numerical simulation value is 1.3%,show that numerical simulation was applied to research the dynamic flow field of down-hole gas processor is feasible.The study results showed that down-hole gas processor can handle high gas content and separation type of gas and liquid two-phase fluid into low gas content and gas phase evenly dispersed in the liquid phase fluid;through the property test equipment of down-hole gas processor is developed and use this equipment for experiment,test that it can improve the property of electric submersible pump unit significantly;according to the comparison analysis between the experiment results and numerical simulation results,it is concluded that the research of experiment and numerical simulation is advantageous to the optimization of down-hole gas processor and efficient application.
