Most of eastern oil fields in China after early water flooding development has been into high water-cut stage,and it needs to use tertiary oil recovery technology to continue development.In the tertiary oil recovery technology in China,polymer flooding is the most mature technology and the most widely used method to enhanced oil recovery.Common polymers are limited by the temperature and salinity of reservoir and can not achieve a good oil displacement effect,especially in high temperature and high salinity reservoir.Being affected by high temperature and high salinity,polymer flooding field application has not been carried out in Zhongyuan Oilfield.Zhongyuan Oilfield cooperates with SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry developed a heat-resistant and salt-tolerant polymer for solving the polymer flooding problem in high temperature and high salinity reservoir.In this paper,we first evaluate the performance of this kind of polymer in the condition of the reservoir in Ming-15 Block.The results of experiments show that the polymer can meet the requirements of polymer flooding in Ming-15 Block.Then,we use numerical simulation technology to establish numerical model of Ming-15 Block and fit the history of the production for the remaining oil distribution.Based on the analysis of the remaining oil distribution,we select the well pattern with polymer flooding potential.We select three main factors affecting the effect of polymer flooding,the polymer injection concentration,the volume of polymer injection and the injection rate,and simulate the combination of different injection parameters level values that are obtained by the orthogonal test method in the numerical model of Ming-15 Block to get the synthetic index of polymer flooding.Using polymer flooding production index as the optimization index,we analyze the results of orthogonal tests by range analysis to get optimal injection parameter of each well pattern combination.We get three schemes of polymer flooding and predict the increase production of each scheme.Under different crude oil price,we evaluate the economic benefit of each polymer flooding scheme to get the optimal polymer flooding scheme.The results show that using reasonable the polymer flooding scheme for Ming-15 Block can achieve a good oil displacement effect and a good economic benefit.
