Laser cladding technology can be used to repair parts and modified its surface,in order to improve the overall performance and the life span of the parts.However,due to the diversity of the cladding material and powder,there is no unified standard for the detection of the cladding quality,especially combined with the detection of intensity.However,in the cladding process,micro cracks and other defects are prone to appear,which have important influence on the popularization and application of cladding technology.This topic are based on grey cast iron laser cladding experiments,for the in-depth study on the factors which have impact on the bonding quality,in addition study for cladding layer strength test method,and analysis the impact of the micro factors.The following is the specific research content.This study is based on the existing detection method of the bonding surface strength,in order to find a method which is suitable for the detection of cladding layer.The strength testing device of cladding layer is designed based on the shearing standard.Before the device is made,the testing process is simulated and analyzed.After the test of different samples,the device has been improved reliable and universal.After in-depth study on the stress distribution of samples,the reason of the change of the test value caused by the change of the size of the combined surface is analyzed.The optimal size of the strength measurement is verified by experiments,so the strength measurement method is optimized and the result of strength test is more accurate in the characterization of the quality of the combination.The value of the intensity can reflect the quality of the combination to a certain extent.However,in order to obtain more accurate analysis of the combined state,the composition and distribution of the internal organization also need be analyzed.After the microstructure of the cladding samples was observed and the distribution of the elements in the combined parts was tested,the regions were found where the strength of the joint is weak.The formation process of the cladding process was analyzed,and the factors affecting the formation and distribution of the tissue were studied.The change of graphite on the structure and how it influenced the bonding strength is analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the composite was carried out by the strength of the cladding layer and the influence factors of the microstructure.
