| Pipe gallery is an important part of a chemical plant.Because of its complexity,diversity and synthesis,pipe gallery is a difficult point in the safety management.Once an accident occurs to the public pipe gallery,it may cause the destruction of adjacent pipelines,and then affect the entire production of the chemical industry park.So,it is important to implement integrity management of public pipe gallery.In order to explore the feasibility of public pipe gallery integrity management,accident data is collected to analyze the safety situation in the last 20 years.Regulations and standards about integrity management in different countries are also summarized.Then,the implementation plan of public pipe gallery integrity management is put forward,according to oil and gas pipeline integrity management system.Risk assessment is an important part of the integrity management.A quantitative risk assessment model is established according to the method of API581,combined with the actual situation of the public pipe gallery.The failure rate and consequence are analyzed.Finally,an example of a public pipe gallery in Shanghai chemical industry area is analyzed.The FLACS software is used to simulate the explosion of a pipe gallery to get a better understanding of the accident consequences. |
