As the global energy consumption continues to accelerate,oil,natural gas and other non renewable resources continue to reduce.With the seriously air pollution,the promotion of energy saving and emission reduction projects were paid more and more attention.The "energy-saving emission reduction" is regarded as an important part of "the 13 th Five-year Plan".A variety of pollution emissions will be decreased significantly in the next five years.Oil refining enterprise is the representative of the high energy consumption industry.So it is urgent to increase the utilization of energy.In this paper,the analysis and the optimization method of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are theoretically summarized.The reasonable optimization ideas and methods about the energy of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are obtained according to the problem of high energy consumption.Refinery distillation unit is simulated using Aspen Plus software after investigating the data of the device.The building process for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is described in detail,which is fitting actual conditions.The irrational use of energy is demonstrated in the model.Two aspects of reasonable suggestions are show in the following:In terms of optimizing the distribution of vaporization duty,in order to reduce the heat duty of the atmospheric furnace,the primary tower side-cut flow rate is increased.At the same time,the gas-liquid distribution of the atmospheric tower is less effected and the quality of the first atmospheric side-cut is ensured.The primary tower side-cut flow rate is improved to 1*105kg/hr and the energy consumption of atmospheric furnace is reduced 6.9%.In terms of optimizing fractionating tower process,the over vaporization oil is reduced with reducing in the heat duty of the vacuum tower furnace.Meanwhile,the quality of the first vacuum side-cut is ensured.The original over vaporization oil is removed.The energy consumption of the vacuum furnace is reduced about 6%.The optimization strategy of the pumparounds is presented in order to recover the waste heat of atmospheric tower.More 8.58 Mw waste heat is recovered through increasing the flow rate of pumparound 2.The effect of reducing energy consumption and the recycling of excess energy are performed corresponding to the above two suggestions.The purposes of improving the economic efficiency and saving energy are achieved.
