Gudong oilfield has entered the mining of high water cut,in recent years due to the expansion of the scale of polymer injection development and the application of two element drive development,the difficulty of treatment is increasing,sewage plant effluent water quality deterioration,the water quality management situation grim.The existing sewage treatment process is difficult to meet the standard,the water quality has exceeded.Poor water quality aggravates the blockage of the water injection system for the equipment and pipelines,reduce the effect of water injection and injection.The overall transformation for Dong'erlian sewage station renovation project has become an urgent matter of the oil recovery plant.According to the requirement of the Dong'erlian sewage station water quality characteristics,and block with the injection water quality requirements and the area required formation,On the basis of reasonable transformation of the original sewage station,choose a mature,advanced,reliability of the new technologies,new processes and screened and corresponding agents,improve water quality.In addition,start with the optimization of system structure,reduce the cost of water,improve the automation level,reduce the corrosion fouling,the improvement of production management,and strive to energy saving and environmental protection and other aspects,the goal is to improve the sewage station technology and management level,so as to ensure the operation of the system is stable,accurate and efficient running and ensure water quality standards over a long period of time.
