Subdivision Methods Of Multi-layers And Matching Zonal Production Technology In Hulangmao Chang 6 Reservoir

Hulangmao Chang 6 Reservoir is mainly fluvial facie;it has characters of strong heterogeneity and the connectivity between reservoirs' layers is poor.The reservoirs are developed mainly by commingled production,so the problems of interlayer contradiction are serious and water flooding control degree is low.Subdivision of layer-series of development is the main method to improve the production and increase the reservoir recovery.The paper established the theoretical model for water flooding development of multilayer reservoir through the method of reservoir engineering.By this model,the multi-layers oil development technology limiting is studied and the factors including the permeability and the starting pressure gradient which influence the dynamic interference are analysed.The paper put forward the processes and principles used to guide the multilayer reservoir production.Then the producing boundaries are studied from the perspectives of reservoir engineering and numerical simulation,and the main factors of influencing subdivision are raised.These studies offered the theoretical guide for the development of multilayer reservoir.According to the real data in Hulangmao Chang 6 Reservoir,a project of subdivision for a factual well group is made with the guide of the subdivision boundaries.Bridge type concentric injection technology can meet the requirements of low permeability oil field fine subdivision layer injection;the oil recovery of the sub pump has a range of practices,and the self-locking and sealing device is used to cooperate with the packer and tubing.The subdivision layer of development technology can effectively alleviate the inter layer interference,improve the water flooding of the reservoir,and exert the production capacity of the oil well,effectively decrease the oil well production decline.
