Puguang gas field is a high sulfur gas field.SO2 emission is one of the main environmental protection problems in the development production.Its impact on the surrounding ecological environment causes widespread attention.In the gas field development and production,In view of the abnormal gas field under the condition of SO2emissions,this paper carried out the SO2 emissions of the smoke on their crops,and mastered the impact of SO2 on the surrounding major crops to provide the basis for environmental management and pollution control.The local vegetation composition,the composition structure,the species and varieties,and the growth characteristics of crops were studied via searching and collecting the data.The representative crops like canola,corn,sweet potatoes and rice crops were employed as the monitoring objects in this study.The growth period which was sensitivity to SO2 pollution and the tiller flowering period which had the effect on the production were monitored.The ecological monitoring projects such as the cell membrane permeability of plant leaf,MDA content,soluble protein content,and sulfur content in leaf were determined.The data was statistically analyzed by the method of correlation coefficient and hypothesis test.Results indicated that:After SO2 fume gas,rape leaf shape spots for watermarks,green curly;sweet potato leaves for cribriform damage;corn leaves for leaf yellow edge damage;rice for tip fade dry spot damage.Growing rape damage threshold of 1.43 mg/m3,contact time for 3 h;sweet potato damage threshold of 8.57 mg/m3,contact time for 3 h;growing corn damage threshold of 8.57 mg/m3,contact time for 3 h;the damage threshold value of rice is 2.86 mg/m3,contact time for 3h.SO2 tolerance from strong to weak,in order of rapeseed corn,sweet potatoes,rice,and stage.This can prevent SO2 pollution accident and provide basis for dealing with environmental pollution dispute.Under the condition of setting fume gas,plant seed kernels did not produce significant changes.It was stated that fuming gas did not greatly affect the crop yield.Treated with fume,the rice grain quality of after processing fume gas experiment did not have a significant impact.However processed by the fume gas experiment,the grain protein content of rice for yang flowering and corn for growing had partly impact;There was no obvious difference between on the ecological monitoring canola that sulfur content in leaf,cell membrane permeability,MDA content,soluble protein content of canola,corn,sweet potatoes and rice crops and on the control point away from the field point.Sulfur content in leaf,cell membrane permeability and MDA content were significantly lower than the fume gas samples,and soluble protein content was significantly higher than the fume gas samples.It is considered that the production of gas field caused no obvious influence on crop growth in the region,and the ecological environment of gas field was good in the whole.
