Study On The Design Of Desktop Vertical Ice Cream Show Case

At present,there is a great development in the food refrigeration,but it is still very backward in the commercial refrigeration show case in the food retail segment.With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the importance and function of this kind of refrigeration equipment is becoming more and more obvious.Commercial refrigeration show case never is dispensable “store ornament”,but to achieve complete cold chain network,and that ensure food with excellent quality supply to the users,and that is an importance on the refrigeration equipment in the sale of part of food.In this paper,there is analyzed on the importance of research above the desktop vertical ice cream show case from refrigeration system,appearance modeling,structure material,electronic control system.In order to analyze and judge the cooling system,there is had studied about the thermal load,and selected the compressor,and studied the evaporator and condenser.The paper finished the structure of the product using the Pro/e,and completed the verification test,and studied on the problem of the door seal,further to improve and retest.The study makes the product reach and exceed the intended target,and compared to the same products,not only the volume is bigger,the energy consumption is smaller,but also it is more in line with the requirements of environmental protection.At the same time,further showing the plan formulation and theoretical calculation were the indispensable role for the design of the desktop vertical ice cream show case,that guided the product development direction,determined the research objectives;and the application of CAD/CAE accelerate the speed of product development,reduce the errors of the structure design,reduce the risks of cooperation between parts,improve the product development rate;test verification not only improve the design defect,but also greatly improve product development quality.
