| In order to realize large-scale,low-cost construction Changqing oil field to implement " Standardized design,Modular construction,Digital Management,Market service" as the core of the management mode,With the development of the economy,the implementation of new laws and regulations,environmental protection requirements more stringent,land acquisition is more difficult,in order to adapt to the needs of the construction,It is necessary to study on the integrated equipment.The studying on the Integrated Unit is mainly to realize the Sulige gas field GGS skid mounted construction,to solve the problems faced in the process of gas field ground construction.To realizing the Sulige gas field GGS skid mounted construction,On the base of Sulige gas field GGS design,construction and skid experience at home and abroad,We compared different construction schemes,from which to select the construction of economic and feasible way,and determine the functions and flow of the Integrated Unit.The main functions of the device are emergency shutdown 、 gas flow line venting 、 gas-liquid separation、process switching、metering、pigging、fuel gas supplying、flashing、 automatic drainage.this device is only suitable for low pressure,non-acidic GGS,it can replace conventional non pressurized gas gathering station.To developing the Integrated Unit,we Select the appropriate pipeline material and the operation of reliable and convenient maintenance of the drain valve,develop a new electric three-way valve with cutting function and a new separation & flash tank with natural gas Separation、flash、vent gas separation functions.Integrate and combine the various types of pipes,processing equipments,pressure vessels,instruments,electrical equipments and other intelligent control system into a skid.After the Integrated Unit manufactured,the test is carried out on the GGS,After a few months,the Integrated Unit is evaluated to determine whether the design requirements are met.Through testing and evaluation,It is proved that the application of Integrated unit compared to traditional gas gathering station construction,can optimize the process flow,reduce the occupied area of 60%,shorten the construction period,reducing the more than 80% of the workload of field installation. |
