The research of the feedback device for protection of oil-gas in the submarine transportation system,there have not made a special study currently at home and abroad,it does not have a mature design principles and theoretical basis.But the feedback device for protection of oil-gas in the submarine transportation system is an essential part of underwater multiphase booster pump.Under the high inlet gas rate conditions,it can guarantee the normal operation and life requirements of underwater multiphase booster pump.On this basis,this paper carried out the research of the feedback device for protection of oil-gas in the submarine transportation system.Firstly,introduces the design of subsea booster system overall program and subsea booster system with gas-liquid homogenized solution.Based on the theory of gas-liquid mixing,given a set of theory and method of homogenizer structure scheme and design.On the basis of subsea booster system with a homogenizer scheme,completed the structure design of homogenizer.And on the deep water working conditions,completed the homogenizer structure parameters calculation.Secondly,CFD method is applied to simulation and analysis of the homogenizer gas-liquid two phase flow field.Through the homogenizer gas-liquid two phase flow field simulation,get the distribution of the gas-liquid two-phase flow field,comparing the results of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis and evaluate the mixing performance of the design homogenizer.Under different gas rate,comparing the balance of the liquid level within the homogenizer and evaluate it.Third,relying on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze compressive strength of underwater pressure parts.Obtain the compressive strength analysis results of gas-liquid two-phase pipeline and homogenizer tank.And preferably out of their thickness.Finally,introduces the underwater multiphase booster pump system specific workflow,and design the underwater multiphase booster pump system flow chart.Design the feedback protection program of homogenizer,and complete the design of homogenizer feedback protection system work flow chart.According to the top-down design method,studied the multiphase booster pumps underwater inspection and control system.Complete the design of the overall block diagram of the control system of underwater inspection and the scheme of water surface display and control.
