Oil and gas gathering and transferring system is an important part to concentrate and process the raw material which is produced by the oil well into oilfield product.If the union station,which is the core of the oil and gas gathering and transferring system,has the advanced technological process and technology,scientific and rational energy use measures it can make the total production costs been significantly reduced.At present,most oilfields in our country are at the later stage of high water cut development so the union station commonly exists the problem of high energy consumption and operation cost in actual operation process.It needs to be optimized.This paper establishes in the lowest operating cost as the objective optimization function,and proposes the niche particle swarm algorithm to obtain the optimal relevant decision variables,such as temperature,pressure and dosing concentration thus in some extent to achieve the purpose of reducing the union station operation cost.Through the application of this optimization method in a united station in ShengLi oilfield and comparing to the actual operation cost and improvement of genetic algorithm optimization results,it can be seen that using this method can optimize the operation parameters and can ultimately improve the union station so as to achieve the aim of saving energy and reducing consumption of energy utilization and produce certain economic benefits to guide the practical production.In this paper is applicable to the scene of the calculation model and evaluation system of power station as the research object.Through the detection and collection of operation parameters in the field of union station system and carrying on the indoor experimental study of basic physical properties and dehydration properties of crude oil,using the MATLAB to write programs as well as solving the optimization model of the union station to for simulation,we have detailedly studied the typical process of the union station.And from the viewpoint of saving energy and reducing consumption,we timely discovered the impact of certain critical operation parameters on the system energy consumption during the production and we optimize and adjust these parameters for the necessary so as to achieve efficient and low consumption optimal operation target.This intelligent optimization method for the solution of the optimization model,not only can ensure good convergence and good stability,but also can realize data visualization.Users in the use process is easy to operate and can get the optimal operation parameters under the condition of dynamic change of operation parameters and constraints.The obvious effects of optimization can provide important basis for process optimization and energy saving potential analysis and energy using optimization for oilfield combination station.
