Jiangsu Huaihe chemical co.,LTD.,ammonia is the traditional technology of small nitrogen fertilizer,using atmospheric fixed bed gasification,copper washing,such as backward elimination process,product high energy consumption,low level of automation,safe environmental protection pressure,seriously restricted the company development.This paper compares the process of synthetic ammonia by comparing the technology of advanced technology at home and abroad and the actual situation of our factory.The gas-making process mainly compares the gasification process and the fixed bed gasification process.The transformation process mainly compares the isothermal transformation and adiabatic transformation.Desulphurization is used in the traditional mature technology DDS desulfurization;Gas refining mainly compares the process of PSA technology and wet process decarburization.The synthesis process mainly compares high pressure and low pressure synthesis technology.Through the comprehensive analysis,finally it has certain innovative technology,namely the pressurized pulverized coal gasification,isothermal transformation,DDS desulfurization,mention of hydrogen and nitrogen pressure swing adsorption(psa),and a series of today’s advanced production technology,optimized design of the original technology,transforming the original ammonia production process route,simplifies the process and save energy consumption,safe environmental protection to a new stage,increase the enterprise competitiveness in the market.The whole project investment is small and the benefit is significant,which provides a new way to upgrade the optimization of the small nitrogenous fertilizer.
