The characteristics of low utilization and uneven distribution of water resources in China are the main reasons for the shortage of fresh water resources.Petrochemical industry is one of the industries with high water consumption.Rural enterprises,large-scale production and the existing process in petrochemical industry produce a large amount of wastewater,which occupies a high percentage of industrial wastewater.Because of its complex compositions and poorbiodegradability,it has become a kind of wastewater which is difficult to be treated and has high cost.According to the development strategy of petrochemical enterprises and national energy saving and the overall requirements of water saving and emission reduction,the petrochemical enterprises need to improve the water saving management,save the water resources,control the total emissionsand increase the reusing rate of industrial water.Through the study of Sinopec in 2011 with a refining company,it was found that the plant operation of wastewater treatment is not stable and the standardized rate was low.Hence an optimization scheme of practical application of wastewater treatment system containing salt is proposed to ensure the stable operation of wastewater treatment system containing salt and to realize the true goal of"zero emissions".Through the mathematical analysis of the laboratory to determine the process direction,put forward the optimization scheme and organize the industrial application.The removal rates of main pollution factors including COD,NH3-N,conductivity/salinity and turbidity were compared before and after treatment to analyze the optimization results of the wastewater treatment system containing salt.The results are shown as follows:1 The difference between the initial designed inflow and the actually inflow of the wastewater treatment system containing salt was a little huge,which causes that the anti-shock loading capability and the biodegradability of the system are poor,at the same time,the removal rate of COD and the stability of the effluent effect are difficult to be guaranteed.2 The process of wastewater treatment is optimized by separating different pollutant kinds from the source;3 By adding pretreatment devices of the salinity wastewater,the existing salt containing wastewater treatment system can reach the standard and operate stable,a which can increase the anti-shock capability of this system.4 After the upgrading and improvement of the salt containing wastewater treatment system,the effluent meets the quality indicators of the production requirements,and the effluent can be directly reused which achieves zero emissions in real sense;5 Through the implementation of the entire reform project,the enterprises'requirements of wastewater treatment capability can be meted after the expansion production of p-xylene project.
