Coal is the main energy source of our country,which consumes nearly 20 tons of coal for power generation.Every year,how to solve the environmental problems caused by the development and utilization of energy has become the focus of social attention.In the national environmental policy gradually severe background,Guangdong province has formally issued a document to encourage the pollutant emissions of coal-fired units to gas turbine set emission limits,the smoke is less than 5mg/Nm3,SO2 is less than 35mg/Nm3,NOX less than50mg/Nm3,and the corresponding improving power load,increase the number of hours of power and the corresponding price support in a power plant;Guangdong city in Zhaoqing Province,in order to achieve the harmonious development of regional economy and environment,to research a set of suitable for the ultra low emission coal-fired power plant transformation plan.This paper focuses on the field study and theoretical analysis of the combination of research methods.Especially,the application of denitration,desulfurization and wet dedusting is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various environmental protection schemes are compared.Through technical and economic analysis and comparison,combined with the actual situation of the power plant,the technology of SCR denitrification,wet desulfurization and wet dedusting technology is adopted.The feasibility of super low emission reconstruction project in this power plant is demonstrated,and the retrofit plan is put forward.In this paper,the main research projects: SCR flue gas denitration reducing agent selected,denitrification reactor increased and related facilities layout;selection of wet electric dust collector;fan expansion scheme,several key technical problems and selection of reconstruction project after the implementation of wet ESP system reliability analysis of tall factory.Such as pollutant reductions,social value,and study various technology applied in the comparison of the coal-fired power plant.After the implementation of ultra-low emission transformation in the coal-fired power plant two units,the monitoring of NOx,SO2,smoke and dust has reached the requirements of ultra-low emission standards through performance analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of research.
