Generally,the treatment and reuse of polymetallic ore dressing wastewater is more difficult than that of single metal ore dressing wastewater,and the composition of wastewater is complex and seriously polluted.If it does not deal with emissions,it will endanger the ecological environment and destroy the ecological balance;If centralized treatment,water quality is difficult to reach the standard,the reuse will seriously affect the metal separation and recovery indicators,leading to metal loss.The research on the treatment and reuse of ore dressing wastewater is an effective way to protect the ecological environment and realize the sustainable development of mining enterprises.It is of great social and economic significance.In Hubei province,a tungsten molybdenum copper polymetallic ore plant with a capacity of 1000 t/d ore,and wastewater yield of about 3500 m3/d,is a typical medium complex multi-metal mining enterprise in China.With every system of the mill plant mineral processing wastewater as the main research object,on the investigation of existing mill plant in detail,on the premise of without changing the original process,we mainly carried out the determination of the water quality of water production system and analysis subsystem,ore dressing wastewater reuse system scheme of exploration and comparison,ore dressing wastewater purification treatment experiment and the water purification subsystem reuse of stocks such as research,finally realizes the system to purify the water cycle use,100%recycling mineral processing production.The results of water quality analysis showed that:?1?Copper and molybdenum mixed waste water,pH and heavy metal ions are low,the residual mineral processing agent COD.?2?Tungsten coarse tail election wastewater,high p H,large amount of water,containing a large number of fatty acid mineral processing agent ingredients and sodium silicate,solid suspended solids is difficult to sedimentation separation,COD value and SiO32+value is higher,and heavy metal content is low.?3?Tungsten select wastewater with low water volume,pH>12,high unsettable separation of sodium silicate,SiO32-value as high as 5340 mg/L,and low heavy metal content.?4?Copper and molybdenum separation of waste water,less water,COD and SS values is higher,and heavy metal content is low.Exploration and reuse of mineral processing wastewater shows that:After analysis and comparision,wastewater sub-system processing and reuse process,that is,copper and molybdenum mixed waste water by natural precipitation back to copper and molybdenum floating system reuse;Copper and molybdenum separation wastewater is returned to the copper and molybdenum separation system by natural clarification;Tungsten coarse tail wastewater and tungsten selection of wastewater after centralized treatment return to the desulfurization system and tungsten system reuse,the remaining part of the return of copper and molybdenum floating system reuse.Wastewater treatment experiments show that:the main foucs on the investigation of coagulation sedimentation,oxidant oxidation on the treatment of wastewater treatment effect,and determine the best reaction conditions.Research indicates:When the dosage of PAC+PAM was 25 mg/L+1 mg/L,the remaining COD and SS concentrations in the wastewater were 74 mg/L and 44 mg/L respectively,the removal rates were 68.5%and 76.8%respectively.SS and SiO32-concentration to meet the comprehensive discharge of sewage standards.In the deep oxidation test,when the pH of the wastewater solution was 9.0 and the amount of the Oxidizing agent was 15 mg/L,the COD value in the purified water was 35 mg/L,which reached the standard of integrated wastewater discharge and the pH value of the solution was stable in about 7.5.The test of the waste water subsystem is shown:After the purification of the various stocks of wastewater treatment system for sub-system,and the whole process of closed-loop test for 10 times,according to the phenomenon of pharmaceutical adjustment,flotation process is normal,relatively fresh foam,easy to control,stable flotation indexes,similar to water flotation results.At present,the process has been in the actual application of non-ferrous metal mineral processing,the process is simple,easy to operate,technically feasible,and realizes zero discharge of mineral processing wastewater.
