Thermal recovery is the main method of heavy oil,however,due to the current low oil prices in the international situation,the thermal recovery of the cost is too high.For heavy oil reservoirs with strong edge and bottom water,to explore how to develop cold production is quite important.Kendong 521 Reservoir is a heavy oil reservoir with strong edge and bottom water,existing serious channeling of edge and bottom water,low utilization efficiency of natural energy.In this paper,dynamic analysis and simulation based on production reservoir numerical study of 521 Kendong reservoir bottom water invasion regularity side,the establishment of a production well filter bottom water characteristics and water use bottom radius calculation method,the establishment of material balance method based on the heavy oil possession of edge and bottom water energy evaluation.According Kendong 521 reservoir residual oil distribution,summed up the formation of four types of residual oil distribution pattern plane and the longitudinal remaining oil distribution pattern in four categories.By adjusting the amount of fluid injection wells and production wells ratio,adjusted research system;by drilling infill wells and well network transformation,network system to optimize existing wells;by gel plugging and plugging of nitrogen foam reservoir flooding blocking comprehensive treatment were studied and were well optimization.The result show: the direction of water influx to the northeast by well KD52-34,and to the east by well KD52-33.The ratio of water and oil volume is 174: 1,Water cone height of this reservoir range 2-3.6m,Water cone radius at 13-70 m,Small wave bottom and range,remaining oil in the reservoir concentrate in the upper part of the formation.When double liquid production of all layers in KD521 reservoir,the cumulative oil production increase by about 5%.Turn row shape well pattern to alternating row well pattern by horizontal well,Economic benefit is the best.Two rounds of water plugging with nitrogen foam plugging agent compared with gel plugging agent can achieve the best economic and technical benefits.
