| As a clean,high-quality and efficient energy,the status of natural gas in the world’s energy consumption structure is higher and higher.Natural gas imports also increase year by year in our country,more and more large LNG receiving station has begun to be built and put into use.Liquefied natural gas is flammable and explosive substance.If the leak occurs in the tank area,it will cause serious casualties and property losses.So it is necessary to study the dynamic response and security of lifelong engineering like LNG storage tank under blast loading.Now the method for anti-explosion research and design of LNG storage tank uses pseudo static analysis.And the type of checking load in the code is single.It cannot meet the needs of lifelong engineering.This paper is set in a LNG storage tank in Dongjiakou.Based on LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software,the dynamic response of large LNG storage tanks under blast loading are studied,and the deformation law and stress response distribution of the tank under various conditions are analyzed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,several key problems in the numerical modeling of large LNG tanks are discussed,and the rationality of the finite element model is verified by modal analysis.(2)The numerical simulation method of explosion shock wave in LS-DYNA is studied.The numerical simulation results of the overpressure peak value under blast loading are compared with other empirical formulas.On the basis of this,the calculation formula of overpressure peak value is modified appropriately.(3)The dynamic response of LNG storage tank under blast loading is studied.The super pressure,stress,displacement and acceleration response of the tank are analyzed,and the weak parts of the tank are preliminarily determined.(4)The dynamic response of the tank under various working conditions is studied.By changing the height of blasting load,study the displacement and the distribution characteristics of the LNG storage tank.By changing the number of explosives,the distribution of tensile stress of tank can be obtained.And the relationship curve between tensile stress and the explosive quantity is fitted.(5)Finally,hazard assessment of vapor cloud explosion in LNG storage tank area is eatimated.The casualties and evaluate the safety of the storage tank are obtained. |
