Research On The Relationship Between Industrialization Process,Industrial Structure Upgrading And Environmental Pollution

Rapid advance industrialization in Henan province since the reform and opening up,as of the second industry in Henan province in 2014 output value accounted for 51%,industrialization level more than developing countries,etc.The acceleration of the process of industrialization has led to the development of economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards.Therefore,the improvement of environmental quality and the improvement of environmental pollution in the process of industrialization are the focus of research.However,the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is an increasingly important way to resolve the contradiction between the two.Academics on the industrialization process,industrial structure upgrade and research of environmental pollution has the more achievements,but usually will be three separate,the focus of the research focused on the process of industrialization and environmental pollution,environmental pollution and upgrading of industrial structure,less systematic research on the three.In this context,what is the relationship between industrialization,industrial structure upgrading and environmental pollution? How do you deal with the three relationships? This needs to be addressed and addressed.In this paper,from the Angle of the output value structure to choose the second industry output value accounted for the proportion of GDP as the proxy variable of industrialization process,industrial structure upgrading coefficient as the proxy variable,environment of the industrial structure upgrade pollution index as the proxy variable of environmental pollution.Based on the measured data from 1990 to 2014 in Henan province of Henan province industrial structure upgrade coefficient and the comprehensive index of environmental pollution,in the process of industrialization,environmental pollution and upgrading of industrial structure of literature review and analysis of the internal mechanism and on the basis of analysis of the characteristics of the proxy variables,by establishing a VAR model to the process of industrialization in Henan province,the dynamic relationship between environmental pollution and upgrading of industrial structure empirical analysis.The results show that there is a certain lag in the contribution of industrialization and industrial structure to environmental pollution.Industrialization process in the short term positive effects for the pollution of the environment,but in the long term negative feedbacks,the upgrading of industrial structure is the main cause of pollution of the environment;The upgrade of industrial structure can improve environmental pollution,but it is not obvious.Therefore,the promotion of industrial structure optimization upgrade can promote the coordinated development of industrialization and environment and improve environmental pollution.
