Circular knitting machine is a kind of important knitting machinery in the knitting equipment,the production of cotton cloth,mesh cloth,polar fleece,single jersey,especially directly weave high-grade jacquard fabrics,become people daily life indispensable apparel fabrics.Its products account for over 60% of the knitting machinery.Due to the mechanical transmission of the existing knitting circular weft machine,the working principle is to drive the knitting needle up and down through the triangle,and the knitting needles are woven with the rotation of the syringe.Mechanical drive the knitting principle of its biggest weakness is knitting needle into the triangle when a collision occurs,the knitting needle because of the impact and friction,low energy consumption,high transmission efficiency,and cylinder rotation inertia is big,so restricted the machine speed further improved.This topic put forward a kind of magnetic suspension type driving the knitting principle,through electric generation machine "zero transmission" mode,the existing circular knitting machine mechanical drive way into electromagnetic force to push the knitting weaving up and down,the principle of fundamentally eliminate the mechanical transmission in the knitting needle and the triangle collision,impact and friction,the realization of knitting needle friction-free movement,low energy consumption,high efficiency,so as to realize the new type of circular knitting machineIn this paper,based on the research of the magnetic levitation theory and technology,the magnetic levitation theory by knitting needle straight displacement,magnetic drive put forward with the combination of magnetic levitation driven circular knitting machine lose yarn principle,study the principle and analysis of the experimental prototype and commissioning,realize the principle of magnetic suspension type driving knitting needle,lose yarn principle and prototype production,the following is the main research content of the thesis:(1)By studying the principle and structure of the existing circular knitting machine,combining the theory of magnetic suspension type driving knitting needle,this paper proposes a maglev type driving knitting yarn transporting principle,the principle of fundamentally solved by the existing circular knitting machine needle tube rotating inertia is big,the problem of high energy consumption;(2)According to the law of Krakow,mina,combined with the knitting needle movement,knitting yarn tension in the process of dynamic changes is studied,establishing the curved yarn,knitting weaving yarn tension on the mechanical model,and through the ANSYS simulation verifies the correctness of the model,the magnetic drive is verified theoretically yarn tension fluctuation scope;A mathematical model of magnetic field is established to investigate the relationship between electromagnetic force and yarn tension.(3)Based on the principle of magnetic-driven knitting needle transmission,the kinematic relationship between triangle,settlement and knitting needles was determined,and the control system of knitting needles in the whole machine system(five-coordinate linkage)was designed.The tension control can display and control the tension of yarn in real time.(4)The magnetic driving needle circular knitting needle with 5-inch 32 knitting needles was developed.The experimental results show that the yarn tension is stable and controllable,and the fabric can be woven according to the knitting process set by the upper computer.In conclusion,this topic developed 5 inches 32 magnetic drive the knitting needle circular knitting prototype,and weaves the prototype by theory and experiment,the prototype to the process requirements of knitting machinery,to meet the parameters of magnetic drive lose yarn system technical index.
