| Aiming at the present situation that there is no clear comprehension about load estimation and emission rules of ammonia emissions in China, the thesis provides technical supports for atmospheric environment management of livestock breeding, not only through simulation test and field test of ammonia emissions from typical swine-breeding and manure treatments in southern hilly areas, but also through mastering the fundamental rules and impact factors of ammonia emissions from swine-breeding and manure treatment, and establishing accounting model of ammonia emissions from breeding. The main research conclusions are as followed:(1)The research tests relevant parameters of NH3 emissions from the four typical swine stalls which respectively have different ways to clean manure for swine-breeding in the southern hilly areas, and analyzes the correlation between the concentration of NH3 and the main impact factors on ammonia emissions from swine-breeding like temperature and ventilation. In addition, the thesis gives the regression analysis with the effective data during the testing period, using SPSS19 and establishes models for each stall with different cleaning way,in order to predict the concentration of ammonia emissions. As a result, the formula is as followed:Artificial solid manure system on semi-leaky floor(Stall 1): Y NH3=15+0.63T-11.88L;Automatic solid manure system on semi-leaky floor(Stall 2): Y NH3=22.5+0.5T-13.75L;All-leaky liquid manure system(Stall 3): Y NH3=30.63+0.63T-18.13L;Bio-fermentation bed(Stall 4): Y NH3=24.38+0.36T-15L;In the formula,YNH3-ammonia emission concentration,mg/m3;T-temperature,℃L-ventilation m3/ s.The correlation coefficients are: R21 Stall = 0.867,R22 Stall = 0.893,R23 Stall = 0.854,R24 Stall = 0.890.(2)It is concluded that, from the four typical swine stalls mentioned above,on the condition of natural ventilation, the coefficients of NH3 emissions are respectively artificial solid manure system on semi-leaky floor(Stall 1): 6.04±1.88g/head·d,automatic solid manure system on semi-leaky floor(Stall 2): 7.41±2.02g/head·d,all-leaky liquid manure system(Stall 3): 9.9±2.68 g/head·d and bio-fermentation bed(Stall 4): 6.93±1.75 g/head·d.(3)With the preliminary estimation, the coefficients of ammonia emissions from swine manure for 3 compost system are various in four seasons in the southern hilly areas. In summer, the coefficient for aerobic composing, anaerobic composing and natural composing is 0.24g/head·d,0.21 g/head·d,0.30 g/head·d per day for each swine. In winter, the coefficients are 0.18g/head·d,0.15 g/head·d,0.25 g/head·d respectively.(4)The emission model which describes ammonia emissions from the four sewage treatments of swine-breeding in the southern hilly areas is as followed,Anaerobic tank: Y NH3=91.72+1.56T-13.78PAerobic tank: Y NH3=107.47+5.95T-16.59PSedimentation tank: Y NH3=8.30+5.95T-23.08PEcological pond: Y NH3=-135.76+6.58T-10.65PIn the formula,YNH3-ammonia emission concentration,mg/m3;T-temperature,℃;P-p H.The correlation coefficients were: R2 anaerobic =0.683,R2 aerobic =0.727,R2 precipitation = 0.876,R2 pond = 0.791.(5)With the preliminary estimation, the coefficients of ammonia emissions from swine sewage for 4 sewage treatments are various in four seasons in the southern hilly areas. In summer, the coefficient for anaerobic tank, aerobic tank, sedimentation tank and ecological pond is 0.31g/head·d,0.27 g/head·d,0.15g/head·d,0.01 g/head·d;per day for each swine. In fall, the coefficients are 0.26 g/head·d,0.22 g/head·d,0.12 g/head·d,0.01 g/head;respectively.In winter, the coefficients are 0.19 g/head·d,0.15 g/head·d,0.07 g/head·d,0.01 g/head·d respectively. |
