Now,coal dust is one of the major sources of air pollution in coal mining enterprises and mining cities.In this thesis,anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate and macromolecule polymer polyethylene oxide(PEO)were used to study the surface chemical properties and spreading performance of the mixed solution Carry on the research,and carry on preliminary discussion to the inhibition mechanism of coal dust,the research content includes:1.The results showed that when the concentration of the complex system was 6 g/L,the interaction between the surfactant and the polymer molecule,the adsorption of the pyrene probe molecule and the pre-micelle,and the formation of an excimer association with high fluorescence electron yield At the solution concentration of 20 g/L,all of the pyrene probe molecules enter the micelles with the increase of the concentration of SDS solution,and the number of excimer increases sharply and reaches the maximum at the maximum value SDS concentration of the critical micelle concentration,micelles the ability to form the largest,so SDS/PEO complex system concentration ratio: 1:20.By comparing the settling time of coal dust in each solution system,the wetting mechanism is discussed,and the experimental results confirm that the wetting effect of the compounding system is better.The structure and properties of the gel-like film formed by the compounding system on the surface of coal dust were observed by scanning electron microscopy.3.A detailed analysis of the gas as the only power source foam sol foam equipment design principles.Pneumatic foam generating device using air compressor generated gas as the only power source for simple and effective foaming in the tank pre-filled with compressed gas as a foam liquid out of the motivation to make the tank with pressure foam mixture After mixed with compressed air output through the pipeline.According to the experimental data,it can be concluded that the gas utilization rate of the pneumatic foam generating device is 85%and the foaming multiple is 6.52 times.The sprayed foam sol is stable and uniform,and a large amount of foam can completely cover the surface of the coal pile to form a foam sol film.Foam sol has the advantages of adsorbing dust,locking the coal dust,and closing the dust-producing area,which has important application value for inhibiting dust generation in coal storage and transportation.In this paper,foamed sol solves the characteristics of coal dust and gas as the only power source under the conditions of the bubble sol equipment foaming research.The research results will enrich the basic theory of foam sol coal dust prevention and control and promote the development and application of the technology,to provide a new theoretical basis and technical means for the prevention and control of coal dust disasters.Therefore,the research of this project has important scientific significance and application value.
