As the most widely used machine in the printing industry,offset printing machines play an indispensable role in production.The high-speed movement of offset presses inevitably results in vibration problems of the printing cylinder.As the core component of it,the impression cylinder plays a decisive role in the influence of the quality of the printed product.At the present stage,domestic and foreign scholars study the vibration of the impression cylinder mainly for the theoretical modeling of the mechanical analysis,but rarely test them.The main research content of this topic is through the theoretical analysis?simulation analysis and vibration experimental study of the impression cylinder of the offset press,and proposes a scheme for optimizing the structure of the impression.The main task and innovation topics are as follows:(1)The theoretical analysis of the inherent characteristics of the press drum is studied.Through the theoretical calculation of the flexure and printing pressure of the imprint drum,the stress of the imprint roller is explained and explained from the theoretical level,and the distribution of the printing pressure on the width and length of the imprint roller is analyzed,and the model simulation analysis and the vibration experiment are proposed.It provides the theoretical basis.(2)The force and modal simulation analysis of the press drum is carried out.The three-dimensional modeling and modal node analysis of the roller are carried out by SolidWorks drawing software and ANSYS analysis software,and the natural frequency and modal shape of the system are calculated,and the curve of the deflection change is drawn.(3)The LMS test system is used to test the vibration of the imprint drum.According to the material of the imprint roller,the hammer cap,the exciting point and the excitation force are determined,and the experimental scheme of the vibration is determined.Through the analysis of the experimental mode of the press drum,the natural frequency and modal shape of the imprint roller are obtained,which is compared with the theoretical analysis,thus the effective verification is achieved,and the guidance for the optimization of the structure is improved.(4)Through a series of research processes,such as the mathematical model of the press drum structure,the analysis of the optimization method and the performance analysis and comparison of the reconstruction model,the appropriate optimization scheme is determined,the optimization of the structure of the press drum is improved,the stiffness and strength of the structure are improved,and the expected goal of the project is completed.
