Research On Custom Wardrobe Terminal Design Based On User Experience

In the current era of economic experience,consumers pursue individuality and differences,paying more attention to the pleasant experience.As a personalized response to the users requirement,customized furnishing solve the contradiction between the factory-scale production and individual requirement based on the guidance of standardization and modular thinking.It is not a very long time since customized wardrobe being brought into China's market.As a new industry,customized wardrobe furnishing has been developing rapidly accompany with China's economic development and changes in people's consumption concept.This new furnishing industry has been formed a large system including sales,measurement design,processing and installation services.However,there are several problems need to be improved.In order to improve various users satisfaction,the problems of the customized wardrobe production experience has been explored in this paper,the solution for the users experience has been put forward,as well.In this paper,the user experience is brought into the custom wardrobe design,through the literature searching,the questionnaire surveying,the interview investigation and the production observation,the users requirement for customized wardrobe has been explored.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Summing up the user experience theory and the application of user experience in customized wardrobe terminal design.Analysis of user experience requirements level and product design elements,detailed design of custom wardrobe design experience level and customized wardrobe user experience design elements of the detailed interpretation.Analyze the user's experience with the custom wardrobe and analyze the acquired data.For the problems found in the user research,analyze the causes and propose solutions.Through the research work above,the innovation and research results obtained in this paper are as follows.(1)The research innovation: the user experience methods often used in product interactive design and other reseach areas,but seldom in the terminal custom furniture design.The introduction of the user experience into the terminal custom wardrobe design is discussed in this paper.(2)The level of user experience requirements of customized wardrobe has been put forward in this paper,the customized wardrobe experience elements has been analyzed,as well.(3)the terminal customization wardrobe personalized personalized interpretation is only chest size and appearance of the choice of personalized,personalized and custom wardrobe function deduction shortage,which is determined by the terminal designers do not have in-depth study of individual users of the wardrobe function demand,blindly adopt universal design,leading to functional layout fits,to the user in the future use of inconvenience.(4)The customization of the wardrobe terminal design personalized interpretation of the three levels has been put forward in this paper,ways to improve the terminal designer and customwardrobe terminal user experience have been discussed as well.
