With the continuous development and progress of science and technology,people use wood easy to degrade,reusable and wide range of applications and other characteristics,a single combination of wood materials and other materials to make up for the defects of pure wood materials,expanding the use of materials,To meet the technical requirements of many aspects of the material requirements.Carbon fiber wood composite materials will be conductive carbon fiber and wood fiber mixed,both to improve the utilization of loss of wood,but also to achieve the material properties of the supplement and optimization.Therefore,the carbon fiber wood composite material as the main research object,through the experimental parameters of its conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the analysis and prediction,combined with finite element simulation technology to establish a visual parameter model to achieve composite electromagnetic properties The research on the efficient use of wood and the study of shielding materials has certain practical significance.In this paper,the preparation technology of carbon fiber wood composites was studied.The performance of different carbon fiber content and different composite models was tested,including conductivity,dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent,permeability and electromagnetic shielding The changes in the situation and the law.Through the comparative analysis of the test results,the characteristics and laws of the performance changes are obtained,which provide the basis for the model analysis of the functional characteristics of the composite based on finite element.Based on the finite element simulation technique based on the model,the electromagnetic properties of the carbon fiber wood composite model were studied in ANSYS16.0 environment.Three kinds of composite model were used to establish the three-dimensional representative unit model and the two-dimensional representative unit model.The magnetic field performance and the electromagnetic shielding performance analysis are obtained from the aspects of conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance,and the different external factors are analyzed intuitively.The results show that the electromagnetic field performance The influence of the electromagnetism performance parameters on the electromagnetism performance of the composites was optimized,which provided an effective way and reference for shortening the experimental period and performance prediction of the new materials.
