With the requirement of environmental protection departments to discharge wastewater from enterprises more and more strict,it is particularly important to discharge all indicators of wastewater.On July 1,2017,non-new enterprises should meet the standard of GB 31571-2015.Some factories a nitrotoluene production of the main pollutants in the wastewater of nitrobenzene,aniline,COD and ammonia nitrogen is accord with the requirement of new standard,and total nitrogen in the wastewater and cyanide standard is still far away(about 80-120 mg/L,total nitrogen cyanide is about 0.8 to 1.5 mg/L),in the current nitration of cyanide in waste water treatment process and total nitrogen removal effect is not ideal.As to meet the new standards,improve water quality in the region at the same time,reduce waste water and pollutants emissions,reduce the discharge of water,biological toxicity,protect the hongze lake water ecological safety,ensure enterprise sustainable coordinate development and the environment.This paper studies the use of the existing production technology,in nitrotoluene collection pool,fenton oxidation pond,primary sedimentation tank,the secondary sedimentation tank,BAF pool experiment in process improvement,based on the catalytic oxidation process,through the experiment in the concentration of 50-100 mg/L under the catalysis of copper ion,dosing quantity of hydrogen peroxide was 0.2% ~ 0.5%,pH 5 ~ 6,the removal efficiency of cyanide,satisfies the cyanide in waste water discharge of petroleum and chemical industry pollutant emission standards(0.5 mg/L)or less,and does not produce secondary pollution,and realize low cost operation.Denitrification process in every other than chose,the biochemical process,the formation of multistage A/O process,through debugging,the control of A/O operation parameters under 0.2 mg/L dissolved oxygen,carbon and nitrogen ratio between 3:1-4:1,strengthen the function of denitrifying microorganism in the process of the waste water,emissions of total nitrogen in the wastewater pollutants discharge of the petrochemical industry standard(40 mg/L)or less.
