| The development of the marine resources are focused on a kind of mobile offshore drilling Marine equipment called jack-up drilling platform to use for offshore oil exploration in China.The jacking system is the most important of the jack-up drilling platform equipment to accomplish the safety rise and fall of the platform.The purpose of this study is designed the jacking structure system by finite element analysis and strength verification;provided the technical requirements of installation accuracy and solve the practical problems in the operation through torque loading technology.The application of jack-up drilling is assembled for jacking system.The general development and situation of lift up present the operating principle,constituent part,and each different working process of the jacking system in self-elevating drilling arrangement.The working principle of this research is performed by the component part and control system of gear,and pinion system.For an example,M2 jack-up drilling platform is analyzed and studied the motor driven gear,and pinion jacking system in this research project.It is focused on the design and researched on the bind work of spud leg,jackcase,also proceeding the structure strength verification.It is utilized ABAQUS to carry contact strength analysis for gear and rack of the jacking system to verify the calculation between finite element analysis and obtained formula that the strength of the rack can meet the requirement of the rules.However,it can prove the rationality for the design of the jacking system in various working conditions:normal jacking,maximum jacking,static holding and storm holding.This research study is emphasized on the analysis and construction,installation of the motor driven gear,and pinion jacking system.It also provides valuable experience and exploration for the production of jacking system construction and installation,installation accuracy and control,torque-loading system,and localization manufacture of leg rack plate.Finally,this research is performed the functions and operations of electronic control system of the jacking system.Additionally,this study provides the valuable experience of self-elevating drilling platform for safely and smoothly with high performance. |
