| This paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the application of2H-aziridine in organic synthesis.The cyclic addition reaction of aziridine and alkyne compounds could be widely used to construct unsaturated nitrogen-containing heterocyclic derivatives.At the same time,we also introduced the synthetic application of alpha-imino esters in organic chemistry.These compounds could couple with many organometallic reagents,Mannich receptor and other nucleophiles reaction to assemble amino and carboxylic acid-containing compounds.In the second part,we developed PPh3-promoted[3+2]cyclization reaction of 2H-quinolizine withα-iminoesters to construct imidazole derivatives.This reaction uses simple and inexpensive PPh3 as an accelerator,oxygen as a green sustainable environmental oxidant,making this transformation to a large extent consistent with the green sustainable atomic economy synthesis concept.In the third part,we also studied the technological process of synthesizing polyethylene imines from ethanolamine as raw material,and the properties of ethyleneimine were further tested. |
