The Study Of The Sealed Experiment System For High Energy Gas Fracturing Technology

The competition among different countries nowadays focus on energy in the final,in which crude oil plays a dominant role.In recent years,our country relies heavily on imported oil,the productivity of oil well is low while the production cost is high.How to use a new technology to increase the oil production has become an important topic now.This study aims at the characteristics of the late oilfields in China,in which the rocket propellants were utilized to generate pressure effect,thermal chemistry effect,and acidification to increase the oil production.Since high pressure and high temperature are produced in the process of rocket propellant combustion,a sealed experiment system,which can bear high pressure and high temperature,is necessary to better guide production technology in engineering application in the future.This study introduces the sealed experiment system,which includes a pressure measuring device,a temperature measuring device,and a pressure relieving device to ensure the safety of the experiment.Compared with the high temperature and high pressure experiment system domestic and overseas,the sealed experiment system in this article can not only meets the experimental requirements,but also greatly reduced the cost.The characters of relevant formulas of energetic materials have been chosen to calculate the explosion temperature,propellant deflagration model has been established,the pressure-time curve of combustion process has been obtained;energy unloading model has been established,the curve of inner temperature in the shell has been obtained;propellant combustion heat transfer model has been established,the temperature gradient of the water in the sealed experiment system has been established.Additionally,the conclusions of models have been validated by the measured data in the experiment.Thereby this sealed experiment system will play a guiding role in practical oil wells application in the future.
