| The washing wastewater produced after the production of the flame retardant contains a certain amount of hydrochloric acidand a little benzene.The flame retardant is a new type of flame retardant,so there isn’t yet matured solution for the treatment of the washing wastewater.If washing wastewater directly discharged into the environment,it would cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.Therefore,it is necessary to treat the washing wastewater of the flame retardant.At present,there is few researches on the treatment of wastewater of the flame retardant,the paper attempted extraction method and distillation method to treat the wastewater,but the effect is not ideal.In this paper,activated carbon adsorption and electrodialysis method were combined to treat the benzene and hydrochloric acid in washing wastewater.After the experiment,the HCl in the washing wastewater not only could be recovered,but also realized the recovery and utilization of the washing wastewater,the experiment achieved a satisfactory result.It produced five kinds of different concentrations of benzene and HCl washing wastewater after flame retardant was washed five times.Through the experiment,we can know that the suitable conditions for the treatment of benzene in wastewater by activated carbon adsorption process were:the temperature is 25℃,the adsorption time is 90min.And the contention of HCl in the washing wastewater also had an impact on CODCr,the higher the HCl contents,the greater the impact would be on the CODCr.After the experiment,the removal rates of five kinds of washing wastewater were 85%,72.1%,73.9%,72.7%,95.1%,respectively.The best investment amount of activated carbon were:4.00g·L-1,3.00g·L-1,3.00g·L-1,2.00g·L-1,1.50g·L-1.After washing wastewater managed by activated carbon adsorption treatment,it also needed to remove the by-product of HCl after polymerization reaction,this paper choosed electrodialysis method.We can get the suitable conditions by electricity dialysis to remove HCl from washing wastewater through the experiment inquiry:the working voltage is 15V,the influent flow ratio of thick,fresh water compartment is1:6.Further treatment of washing wastewater treated by activated carbon was carried out under the suitable conditions.The experimental results show that the removal method of electrodialysis has remarkable effect on HCl,the five kinds of remove rate of aqueous HCl respectively reach 99%,96.6%,98%,98%and 93%.In summary,it is feasible to use activated carbon adsorption and electrodialysis process for removal of combined treatment of flame retardants wastewater of washing method.In this paper,through the treatment of washing wastewater which is produced in the process of fire-retardant production.We realize the recycling of washing wastewater,and reach the purpose of turning waste into treasure,which has significant social,environmental and economic benefits. |
