In this paper,a series of Ni2P/?-Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized by in-situ phosphorizing method. The influence of synthesis conditions was investigated for the preparation Ni2P catalysts.Characterizations were made by BET,TPR,XRD,HRTEM and XPS,which revealed the feasibility of this method.Ni2P/?-Al2O3 prepared by Nickel hypophosphite was also used to show the difference in HDS performance as a contrastive catalysts. It was found that Ni2P/?-Al2O3 catalysts made by NiO pre-reduced phosphorizing method showed perfect catalytic performance, and the conversation of DBT reached 100%under 360?.SAPO-11 was introduced to obtain Ni2P/SAPO-11 composite catalysts by in-situ phosphorizing method. The hydroisomerization of tetradecane was used to test the isomerization performance of different reaction conditions and metal contents. We also analyzed the isomerization reaction activity and reaction network through the identification of the liquid and gas phases.Experiment result shows that the Ni2P catalysts prepared by in-situ phosphorizing method perform excellent isomerization activity. The yield of isomer-tetradecane reached 78%,the selectivity reached 93%.Ni2P-8/ASA-40 catalyst performed the best isomerization activity which indicates that isomerization activity depends on the coordination of the metal sites and acid sites.
