As the electrical submersible pumps are widely used in oil fields,it is particularly important to monitor working conditions of electric submersible pump wells and diagnose their faults.Motor speed is a vital parameter and it can reflect working conditions and faults of electrical submersible motors.But,at this stage,speed calculation process is relatively complex,the machine monitoring nodes require high equipment configuration.So how to optimize the speed calculation algorithm and realizing the low-cost design of monitoring nodes is the focus of this thesis studies.In this thesis,the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The characteristics of CZT calculation are studied in this paper.Using the Bluestein Equation reduces the amount of computation of CZT.The calculation error of CZT is reduced by time domain windowing.The sampling time is reduced to 0.24 seconds under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the rotation speed is less than 1 rpm.So the calculation of the real-time speed of electrical submersible pumps on DSP was realized..(2)Two lossless compression algorithm based on power signal characteristics are proposed for the unsatisfactory effect wireless transmission of raw power signal data.One is sine compression algorithm based on the four parameters of sine fitting,the compression efficiency of the proposed method is higher than that of conventional Huffman coding 103%.Another is harmonic compression algorithm based on spectral analysis,the compression effect is 16.4% higher than that of the sinusoidal compression.Simulation results show that they work well.(3)The hardware circuit of monitoring nodes with the core of DSP is designed.(4)The client data access system based on B/S mode is designed by using C# and ASP.NET.(5)The instrument of portable data acquisition and speed tester is designed,and collected a large number of data in the field to providing a data basis for algorithm optimization.
