Research On National Standard Compilation Of Classification, Grade And Code For Waste Plastic

With the continuous progress of the construction of ecological civilization,the intensive utilization of resources,efficient utilization and recycling have been widely concerned by the society.China is a big consumer and big country of plastic products.If waste plastics are properly utilized,they will bring great benefits to society,economy and ecology.In order to realize the utilization of waste plastics in the resources and harmless,the classification and grade of waste plastics and code should be standardized at the level of national technical regulations.In this paper,the relevant research on the national standard of“Classification,grade and code of waste plastic”is carried out.Firstly,the research background and source of the waste plastic,research significance,research method,research content,innovation point and technical route are expounded.This paper analyzes the current status of the standardization of waste plastics,summarizes the standards related to waste plastics at home and abroad,and determines the necessity of compiling the national standard of“Classification,grade and code of waste plastic”.At the same time,the definition of the two concepts of waste plastic and standard,expounds the theoretical basis of this study from the transaction cost theory,game theory and system theory,the industry needs from the current national policies and waste plastic recycling illustrates the realistic foundation of waste plastics standard research.Secondly,through the recycling methods of waste plastics,waste plastics industry status,the utilization of waste plastics recycling,analyzed the current situation of waste plastics industry faced the dilemma and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;on the treatment and utilization of waste plastics,the current situation of the development of the use of technology are analyzed,pointed out the direction of use for recycling of waste plastics after treatment.Finally,through the above research and analysis,the urgency and necessity of formulating the national standard of“Classification,grade and code of waste plastic”is made clear.Finally,based on the classification of the main resin varieties,uses and physical and chemical properties of the plastics,the waste plastics are divided into 5 big categories and 36 small categories.The coding is coded by the hierarchy code,which is divided into three layers.Each layer is named as the top layer(06-waste plastic),the big category and the small category.At the same time,AHP and Delphi methods are combined to evaluate the grade of waste plastics.The evaluation scheme of waste plastics is more scientific and operational.
