Straw is an important biomass resource,and is also a relatively cleaner and renewable energy source relative to fossil energy.The annual global agricultural production will produce a lot of straw resources.In many countries and regions including China,due to the lack of effective straw disposal and utilization means,a large number of straw will be abandoned and burned.Straw carbonization is an effective straw treatment method,which can transform straw into available solid carbon.The existing biomass carbonization equipment has not been popularized and applied in large scale because of various limited factors.Based on the above reasons,this study aims to develop an automatic straw continuous carbonization device to solve the current situation that straw resources are hard to be effectively utilized in China.In order to achieve continuous carbonization of straw materials and develop high-quality and efficient straw pyrolysis carbonization device,we have done the following works:1.Referring to a large number of relevant literature,the experience of domestic and foreign utilization of straw is discussed,and the research progress of biomass carbonization equipment at home and abroad is summarized.2.The chemical composition and thermal cracking mechanism of straw were studied,and the transformation products of various components of straw were theoretically investigated.3.According to the technological conditions required for continuous carbonization of straw,a systematic design of the straw pyrolysis carbonization device was carried out,and the main components were designed.In order to achieve the environment of anaerobic sealing,we used the mechanical seal structure and material inlet and outlet screw to squeeze material for self sealing,Double helix inside of the carbonization furnace produce double channels for conveying straw material and preventing carbon recovery.4.The structure of the main components of the straw cracking unit was analyzed by ANSYS software.The electromagnetic heating of the carbonization furnace was analyzed,and the temperature distribution and the thermal structure coupling of the carbonization furnace were simulated.5.The finite element simulation and optimization of filter spiral and rack in straw pyrolysis carbonization device were carried out.The structure was improved,the deformation of related parts was reduced,and the structure of the device was more reasonable.
