In the tide of the fourth industrial revolution,the rubber industry needs to face the challenge of lacking automation,high energy consumption and environmental protection.In order to gain an advantage in the challenge,it is necessary to carry out industrial upgrading and improve its own competitiveness.This paper aims at the problems of low intelligence,high energy consumption and environmental protection can't up to standards in the rubber industry's batching system.Basing on the traditional ingredients process and equipment,this paper designed the overall structural layout plan and intelligent batching device for the multi-station weighing system.The intelligent multi-station weighing ingredients mechanical system can solve the problems existing in the current equipment.The main work is as follows:(1)Basing on the goals of automation,intelligence,and environmental protection requirements and meeting the requirements of the batch production process,we carried out the overall planning of the batching system.The entire system adopts a closed design concept,and the weighed materials are sealed and transported to eliminate contamination points.It will solve the environmental problems,and adopt vacuum feeding,automatic material collection,automatic bag making and packaging to solve the problem of low automation;(2)In view of the problem that automatic weighing equipment is difficult to achieve high-precision weighing,according to the requirements of intelligent ingredients,a fine-feeding belt type feeder was designed and developed.According to the intelligent burden method and the prediction model of the burden drop,the C# language programming is used to make the weighing simulation.The maximum standard deviation of the single position feed in the production workshop is 3.4g.The minimum standard deviation is 2.5g.The maximum standard deviation of the numerical simulation error of the intelligent belt feeder is 1.3g,the minimum standard deviation is 1.1g,and the precision of the simulation result is better than the traditional feeder;(3)According to the actual working conditions,the design and selection of the vacuum feeder,hopper,and belt feeder required in the single-station weighing structure are performed.Basing on the traditional belt feeder,fine feeders have been added to further improve the weighing accuracy and speed.(4)According to the static analysis of the shell body of the intelligent belt feeder,the deformation and stress situation of the shell are calculated and analyzed,and the rationality of the structure design is explained.The first six steps of vibration mode and resonant frequency are calculated by the modal analysis of the shell body of the intelligent belt feeder.
