With the continuous development of economy and society,people have become more and more deeply aware of environmental protection.However,the atmospheric pollution situation in China is still more serious,the atmosphere is often mainly S02 and various kinds of smoke and dust,which also leads to serious acid rain problems.Sulfur content in flue gas is higher than that of emission standard,so it can not be directly discharged.Flue gas desulfurization is necessary,because flue gas desulfurization is the main way to control S02 emissions.At present,the DCS system is widely used in various industries,such as electricity,chemical and other industries.The DCS system includes several parts,such as data acquisition and processing system,switch sequence control system and thermal protection system.With the continuous improvement of technology,the cost of production of DCS has been gradually reduced,which has pushed forward the development of decentr,alized control system.It can be obtained from the actual operation results that the stability of desulphurization has been improved after the system modification.This paper combines the principle of flue gas desulfurization in power plant and the requirements and principles of the DCS system.The DCS control system for desulfurization of thermal power plants is designed.At the same time,the various components,control indexes and design requirements of the thermal power plant are explained in detail.Through the design and transformation of the power plant desulfurization system,the upgrading and upgrading scheme of the DCS system is proposed.And analyzes the main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency,through the actual operation results,it can be seen that:to reform the system,could improve the stability of desulfurization,slash,flue gas pollutants concentration emissions targets is superior to the national minimum threshold.The modified DCS can quickly respond to the changes of its parameters,and can restore the balance rapidly,thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the system.
