Especially in the current iron and steel smelting ferroalloy smelting,product quality and production efficiency depends on the metal liquid and come out the end of the composition and the temperature,oxygen and argon refining smelting technology for its simple process,low cost,convenient operation,furnance body maintenance easier,and many other advantages gradually become the mainstream of smelting technology.Therefore,the decarburization refining furnace in AOD as the specific research object,comprehensive analysis of the thermal dynamic theory in ferroalloy smelting process and the chemical mechanism of the use of advanced control strategy,the rate of molten iron to achieve the end.This paper first introduces the steel smelting end-point control technology of domestic and foreign research present situation and the development course of argon oxygen refining technology,in view of the traditional domestic ferroalloy smelting process,comparative analysis is made of the advantages of argon oxygen refining technology,and briefly introduces the main process of the technology.In reference to the smelting process of stainless steel and steel related theory and the actual production situation,research the process mechanism of ferroalloy smelting ferrochrome,based on the law of conservation of mass,heat,and the gray generation technology,establishing the carbon content of smelting low carbon ferrochrome period and rate of oxygen,carbon content and for argon rate,temperature and the oxygen supply rate,iron on mathematical model of temperature with argon rate.The model on the basis of a ferroalloy plant actual data,parameter calibration and optimization,in order to improve the model accuracy.In order to better use of argon oxygen refining technology,is built on the basis of the mathematical model,the application of the conventional PI control method and the inferential control method,with the key variables(carbon content)and disturbance are immesurable background,in the late of smelting,oxygen set point to 45 l/s,for argon disturbance set to 135 l/s,the middle of the selected the measurable variables(molten iron temperature)as a secondary output,control the carbon content of molten iron output.Through MATLAB Simulink module in the control process is described and the simulation,simulation shows: the carbon content on the control,the steady-state deviation of conventional PI control is 0.05 reasoning control without steady-state deviation;Inference control time less than conventional PI control 49 min.On the hot metal temperature control,the conventional PI control steady-state deviation for 14?,reasoningcontrol steady-state deviation is 1 ?;Inference control time less than conventional PI control 96 min.Simulation to draw inference control method in terms of end point control on the whole is better than conventional PI control method.Considering the carbon content of on-line detection of new technology application,this article using internal model control method of end point control,and simulation comparison with the inference control method,the oxygen supply value of 45 l/s,for argon value for 135 l/s: on the carbon content and the hot metal temperature control,internal model control time control is slightly less than reasoning,it is concluded that the advantages of internal model control.
