Nowadays,the severe situation of atmospheric pollution has attracted the close attention of every country in the world.China's five-year“10 Atmospheres”tackling war successfully ended and the“Blue Sky Battle”was already underway.As one of the important causes of atmospheric pollution Volatile organic compounds?VOCs?are not only toxic,but also an active precursor and participant of PM2.5.It is imperative to seek efficient and economical methods of VOCs treatment.In this paper,the absorption of toluene by the surfactant absorption solution was used to reveal the properties of the absorption solution and the mechanism of the solubilization of toluene under different conditions of water,surfactant,and additives.At the same time,the gas-liquid equilibrium between the two was studied.The best surfactant absorbent was selected,and the spray absorption experiment was carried out by using the self-made two-stage spray packing absorber,which provides process parameters and scientific basis for the terminal treatment of VOCs.The results showed that the CMC of SDBS,CTAB,FMES and SDBS+FMES surfactants at25°C were 1.711×10-3,1.056×10-3,6.903×10-3,and 4.384×10-33 mol/L,respectively the change of temperature has little effect on the critical micelle concentration of the solution,but it still shows a slight upward trend.The solubilization amount of toluene in the FMES absorbing solution in the four absorbing solutions is the largest,and the adding of 0.1 mol/L NaCl and 2:1 ethanol is more conducive to the solubilization of toluene;the viscosity of surfactants is much lower than that of pure organic solvents,and low concentrations of NaCl and ethanol are more conducive to the formation of low-viscosity absorption solutions.As the temperature increases,the viscosity of the absorbent decreases;In the gas-liquid equilibrium experiment,the Henry's coefficient of toluene in the four absorbing liquids is smaller than that in pure water.Among them,the Henry's coefficient of toluene in the FMES absorbing liquid is the minimum and the absorption performance is the best;the low concentration of NaCl and organic matter is beneficial to improve the absorption performance of the absorption liquid to toluene,The influence of ethanol is smaller,while the effect of dodecyl alcohol is greater;the low temperature contributes to the absorption of toluene;the relationship between the Henry coefficient of toluene in the FMES absorption liquid and the temperature can be determined by the following formula:H?28?exp[-2583/T-?-.59596?];A small scale experiment of toluene absorption by using FMES surfactant+additive absorption liquid..As the absorption time increases,the removal rate of toluene in the self-made double-stage packing spray absorption system increases first and remains basically unchanged,and the best absorption time can be 30 minutes.Reflecting the absorption effect;increasing the height of the packing layer,reducing the amount of air intake,and increasing the amount of spray of absorbing liquid are all favorable for the removal of toluene.When the other conditions are constant,and the height of the packing layer of each packing tower is 70 cm,the toluene removal rate can be Up to86%;0.11 is the best liquid-gas ratio of toluene spray absorption.
