Remote sensing technology has been widely used in disaster emergency services.Through the analysis of remote sensing technology and combined with the application requirements of ground disaster emergency services,a comprehensive evaluation index was constructed,and multiple index extension comprehensive evaluation methods were used to evaluate and calculate the indicators.The evaluation results can provide reference for ground disaster emergency services.The status quo of remote sensing technology and its application in emergency services for ground disasters was analyzed.The indicators were constructed from the three aspects of data acquisition capabilities,data expressive capabilities for disaster emergency services,and auxiliary decision analysis capabilities.Experts were used for qualitative indicators.The scoring method is used for quantification,and quantitative indicators are divided into three levels to determine the range of values.The multi-index extension comprehensive evaluation method is a new comprehensive evaluation method based on the basic concepts of matter-element model,extension set and correlation function in the theory of extenics.This comprehensive evaluation method has advantages such as strict reasoning process,simple and clear method,and low computational workload.This method can combine quantitative qualitative assessment and proceed from multiple perspectives and multiple factors to comprehensively evaluate indicators.A large-scale landslide area in Shenzhen was selected as the study object in December2015,and a Python program for multi-index extension comprehensive evaluation method was compiled to evaluate and calculate the indicators.The evaluation results are divided into three grades,which represent the strengths and weaknesses of the application capabilities of remote sensing technology in the field of ground disaster emergency services.Among them,Grade A is the best,and there are good results in terms of remote sensing technology response,data acquisition speed,and data processing quality.The application effects can better meet the needs of emergency services for ground disasters,and provide decision-making reference for related departments to implement disaster relief,disaster assessment,and post-disaster reconstruction measures quickly,accurately and accurately.The other two levels of ability are reduced in turn.Evaluating the single use of QuickBird satellites,SPOT-5 satellites,GF-2 satellite data,ZY3-02 C satellite data,combined use of satellites,and UAV for emergency services can be seen quantitatively in the evaluation of numerical results.When single-use satellite data cannot meet emergency needs,combined with other remote sensing data can improve the application effect.The results show that the multi-index extension comprehensive evaluation method has a good application effect in the remote sensing ground disaster emergency service evaluation.
