In recent years,the digital,intelligent and network development direction of wirelesssensor networks become a hot topic in the computer field.The characters of the Zigbee wireless sensor network,such as low-power,self-organizing routing,no wiring,can solve many problems in the oil production,such as Complex terrain cannot wiring,high energy consumption,narrow network coverage,high costs and high system maintenance costs.Thus designing an oil monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks has important significance for improving oil recovery efficiency and implement oil automation production.In this paper,we analyze the practical problems encountered in the process of oil produce,combine with the wireless sensor networks,the advantages of Zigbee technology to in-depth research the oil production application with GPRS technology and Zigbee wireless sensor network,and design a suitable oil-producing-line monitoring of the wireless network topology structure.This structure mainly contains GPRS remote communications and Zigbee transmission communication.Finally we develop a wireless monitoring system.This paper mainly has below research:Describes the process of Zigbee wireless networking,selects its hardware so that programming the chip we used to complete the Zigbee module communication.After that we display the data through the interface software on the host computer.Finally,the danger is sent to the manner's mobile phone in a timely.The system design mainly includes three parts:collection terminals,routing nodes and the coordinator.Due to the presence of site and environmental uncertainty,the routing node must be used.The routing node can not only increase the transmission distance but also avoid the complex terrain to ensure that the data can be transmitted to the host computer.GPRS module can send a message to the operator of the dangerous situation.The whole hardware system firstly collects the data through the sensor,and then transfers the data collected by the sensor to the host computer by CC2530 module.Among them,the Zigbee stack has the characteristics of ad hoc network,low power consumption,so it was selected as the master chip of the underlying sensor wireless communication network(Terminal node,Router and Coordinator).This design takes into account the high processing capacity,the performance of data throughput and the low power requirements of the sensor node communication process,so that the whole system has high real-time and stability.Finally,in case of danger,the GPRS module will be sent to the relevant information in the form of SMS risk information.The software part of the systemincludes the programming of CC2530 module,PC interface software and database.For CC2530 programming,the module can realize the communication function of the terminal node,router and coordinator respectively.Then,the software analysis of the data,using MFC to develop an interface program,the analysis results show the interface procedures,in order to improve the robustness of the data acquisition system,In order to improve the robustness of the data acquisition system,the operation of each node is monitored in real time and identify hazards.If the node is damaged or the data collected by the sensor is excessive,the corresponding measures should be taken.The database is used to store the data,which is convenient for the managers to query the data in the database,so that the real time monitoring of oil well working condition is realized.Test and Analysis of Oil Detection System.Experiments includes the basic functional test and performance test.Basic functional test results show that the system can function properly and has good communication effect;performance tests include CC2530 power test,sensor test,communications test and Zigbee nodes performance test.The results show that the system can achieve expected effects and can be good for oil online monitoring applications.
