In recent years, agricultural development level of China has been effectively promoted, but as a traditional agricultural country, the traditional agricultural production mode led to the low utilization efficiency of agricultural input resources and efficiency of agricultural production, also led the redundancy of a large number of agricultural production resources, while the whole agricultural production process and redundant agricultural resources all lead to higher agricultural carbon emissions. At present, the carbon emissions caused by agricultural activities in China account for about 17% of the total national total.Under the background of increasingly severe climate warming, the only way to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of agricultural economic growth and agricultural environment is to speed up the improvement of agricultural production efficiency and actively carry out the work of agricultural carbon emission reduction. This pap analyzes that agricultural carbon emission, agricultural production efficiency and economic growth in 31 provinces by constructing a carbon emission and production efficiency measurement system. The following conclusions were drawn:(1)From 2002 to 2016,the carbon emission of agriculture in China was on the rise, the intensity of carbon emission decreased from 2.55 tons / 104 yuan to 0.38 tons / 104 yuan, and it will continue to decline in the next few years; It can be seen from the carbon emission sources that the proportion of carbon emissions from agricultural land use increases continuously, and the other two carbon sources show the characteristics of fluctuating changes. The proportion of carbon emissions from livestock and poultry breeding was significantly lower than that from rice planning; There are obvious differences between provinces in carbon emissions from agriculture.Beijing has the lowest carbon emissions, and Hunan has the highest carbon emissions. The main sources of carbon emissions in China are the traditional agricultural provinces, the main grain producing areas;according to the different carbon emission sources in different provinces and cities, the carbon emissions are divided into regions; It can be seen that the proportion of the areadominated by complex factors is relatively high.(2)The agricultural efficiency of our country shows the increasing trend,in which agricultural production efficiency and pure technical efficiency have the same overall change trend, showing the phenomenon of the highest in the east and the lowest in the middle, and the scale efficiency is the highest value of the three efficiency and the highest in the west. The lowest phenomenon in Northeast China. On the provincial level, the agricultural efficiency of Xinjiang,Shaanxi,Beijing,Hainan,Shanghai and Guangdong is relatively optimal, and the agricultural efficiency of Qinghai,Sichuan,Chongqing,Guizhou,Hubei,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Fujian are all at the higher level.(3)According to the calculation, their existence a "inverted U" relation between agricultural economic growth and carbon emissions.Production efficiency is positively related to economic growth, and it is negatively related to carbon emissions.According to the results of calculation, the countermeasures and suggestions for reducing emissions in agriculture and improving agricultural productivity are put forward, mainly for optimizing the industrial structure, developing modern production technology, improving the quality of farmers and setting up the consciousness of emission reduction and so on.
