The carboxyl-functionalized polyaryletheronitrile(PEN-COOH)has good thermodynamic stability,mechanical properties,solubility,optical transparency and fluorescence due to its pendant cyano groups with twisted,non-coplanar propeller structure and due to phenolic porphyrin monomers.those properties provide a good basis for the developmention of the fluorescence properties application in the solution and the application of the flexible solid optical sensor.In recent years,in the fields of chemistry and biology,fluorescence probe technology detection,SPR sensors,and LSPR sensors have become popular,and a large number of related research contents have emerged.In order to develop novel polymer fluorescent probes and new LSPR sensor substrate materials,the PEN-COOH was the main body,starting from the optical properties(fluorescence and LSPR),researching the simple application on sensing.In this study,the authors focused on PEN-COOH and their properties as the basis for the development of carboxy polyaryletheronitrile applications.Research on the detection of metal ions and preparation of LSPR sensors based on fluorescence properties was conducted.The contents mainly include the following parts:First,the research status of carboxypoly(arylene ether nitrile),the detection of metal ions by fluorescent probes,and the research status of LSPR sensors are summarized;Secondly,the improvement methods of PEN-COOH water-soluble is studied.and the method of controlling the fluorescence of PEN-COOH by surfactants was studied.Finally completed the detection of metal ions Fe3+;Third,Preparation of gold nanoparticles by deposition and annealing using PEN-COOH film as a substrate,The influence of different conditions on the preparation of gold nanoparticles were recahed to obtained gold nanoparticles with a uniform morphology,smaller size;Finally,based on PEN-(Au/Ag NPs)transparent film as a substrate,11-mercaptoundecanoic acid was used to modify the surface of carboxylated single-molecule assemblyonthesurface of the nanoparticle,and then used1-(The3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride/N-hydroxysuccinimide reagent undergoes carboxyl activation,and then the conjugated antibody is immobilized.Finally,a certain concentration of PSA solution acts on the nanoparticle.Particles react on the surface to achieve specific detection of prostate antigen PSA.
