Groundwater is an important water source for people's life and industry in our country. Because the water pollution isn't under effective control, groundwater has been polluted more or less at some area. Owing to ammonia and CODMn exceeding the standard, adding to the native iron and manganese, groundwater became to a kind of compound micro-polluted groundwater. The removals of pollutants interacting increase large difficulty of groundwater treatment. So, removing iron, manganese, ammonia and CODMn has become an important topic of drinking water treatment.The experiment adopted aerate-filtering treatment, inoculated compound ascendant bacteria and enhanced filter purification function to treat the compound micro-polluted groundwater. The study is divided into three parts:first, rejuvenation and screening of iron and manganese oxidizing bacteria and nitrobacteria; second, composite test of iron and manganese oxidizing bacteria and nitrobacteria; third, pilot study on compound ascendant bacteria treating groundwater.Strains sources for after separation identification has a certain iron manganese and ammonia nitrogen ability of 8 strains of bacteria, after purification room temperature domestication, selection of 5 strains of compound test, according to certain proportion preparation into advantage bacterium agent, (shenyang) for the northern region of groundwater water quality characteristics of cold acclimation, in the environment to achieve expected effect of processing conditions on advantage bacterium agent, a month of cold acclimation experiment under the condition of 10 ? after domestication bacterium agent growth cycle extended obviously, compared with domestication growth cycle extended obviously, under the condition of 30 ? before than domesticated under the condition of 10 ? before growth cycle shortened obviously, to a large extent to improve the overall bacterium agent after cold acclimation of low temperature tolerance and oxidation, though comparing the original bacterium agent under the condition of normal temperature oxidation effect is slightly less than, but before the domestication as temperature oxidation effect is improved obviously.Response surface method is a method of optimal experimental conditions, through the process of regression fitting and the response surface and contour map, can easily find out corresponding to each factor level response values. Sites designed by response surface method analysis of experimental results, the regression equation describing nonlinear equation between the removal rate of each factor and response value relationship is significant. Through the response surface method to determine the advantage bacterium agent and the best conditions for manganese removal, ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the results obtained are in the design of experiment sites within the scope of real similarity is higher, has higher reference value.With cold acclimation advantage bacterium agent of optimal growth conditions, control air bacteria inoculated and filter speed to water plant site pilot (aeration-filtration process) filter tank. After adjustment, immobilization period and stable period of testing, the test results show that the drop aeration-ceramsite to conventional treatment through natural contact oxidation and adsorption process physical adsorption can accomplish on total iron and effectively remove organic matter. But badly exceed total manganese on most of the manganese removal can be achieved through normal processing, and can't rely on natural contact oxidation and physical adsorption of total manganese effectively remove; And reduce water ammonia nitrogen concentration does not change significantly after filtration speed cannot through the speed change makes stable discharging ammonia nitrogen up to standard.With cold acclimation advantage bacterium agent of optimal growth conditions, control air bacteria inoculated and filter speed to water plant site pilot (aeration-filtration process) filter tank.
