At present, the domestic most of the existing bridge crane overload protection device just stop at using power device and position limit device, namely the loading-capacity limiter, hoisting height limiter, the car stroke limiter, cart stroke limiter, falling depth limiter, etc. These devices are mechanical structured safety protection devices, only when the monitored parameters exceed or reached a certain limit when power outage alarm, unable to complete the related parameters in the working process of the bridge crane, according to the real-time data in the idle state, not under the limit state and there is no self-check function, once damaged, difficult to detect, protection system reliability is low. Aiming at these problems, based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of bridge crane, on the basis of bridge crane hoisting mechanism, cart represented institutions and the car body are studied, collection and calculation of lifting weight, lifting motor bearing temperature, hoisting motor bearing vibration amplitude, crane hoisting speed, hoisting motor bearing capacity, cart running position, the car running position and crane hoisting height eight parameters, development developed the bridge crane condition monitoring system based on GPRS, and through the entropy value method, BP neural network and grey model, the combination of bridge crane safety early warning model is established.This system with STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer and S3C6410 ARM chips as a dual core, the former control data acquisition module, the latter control data processing module. Through the shaft pin type sensor complete hook lifting weight signal acquisition, through more than ring absolute value encoder to complete the cart position of travel, car moving hook hoisting height and position signal acquisition, the collected signal is sent to the data acquisition module, via a serial port to send data to the data processing module, monitor data interface display. When monitoring data more than threshold, the fault information through GPRS module in the form of text messages sent to is not in the relevant management personnel mobile phone, sent to the remote monitoring station at the same time. Data processing module control field monitor monitoring interface, can through the way of touch screen set the related parameters in detail. Through the research and development of bridge crane condition monitoring instrument, bridge crane can be overall monitoring and warning system constitute a three-level monitoring based on GPRS network.The first level monitoring is the scene monitoring?Bridge crane monitoring instrument for on-site monitoring, various parameters for operation personnel try to watch, convenient to operate on the bridge crane. The secondary monitoring is mobile phone monitoring, in failure and accident in the first place, the detailed fault information through the GPRS network in the form of text messages sent to is not in the relevant management personnel mobile phone, so that we can make the accident are processed at the earliest time. The third level monitoring is the master station remote monitoring through the GPRS network fault information will be sent to the remote management master station, convenient to the management department of failure data storage and statistic, greatly improve the bridge crane fault regulation system of management efficiency. The device send real-time monitoring data to the remote server at the same time, provide early warning model to analyze historical data.This system is in the traditional mechanical, sensors, embedded technology, early warning technology and GPRS network technology research and development on the basis of a new, reliable bridge crane condition monitoring and early warning system. The system has good reliability, real-time performance and application value, convenient for the operation of the field staff, and improve the management department of management, makes the monitoring of bridge crane and work towards the direction of miniaturization, intelligence, safety.
