While the world is becoming warmer, many cities have too much fog and haze,and fossil fuel is continuously consumed and exhausted. These problems of environment and energy are more and more serious. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a clean and saving energy and it is good for environmental protection and it is new energy power generation device, which has been paid more and more attention and concern by governments and scholars of many countries. Fuel cell air supply system is an important part of fuel cell system. There is a contradiction between the response speed of air flow process control and the electrochemical reaction rate of fuel cell. In order to solve this problem, in this thesis, fuel cell air supply system control is studied. The contents are as follows:The design scheme of fuel cell air supply and control system based on DSP is proposed. The structural characteristics and working principle of the switched reluctance motor and the twin screw air compressor are respectively analyzed. And The reasons for selecting the twin screw air compressor and switched reluctance motor in air supply system are described.The mechanism model of fuel cell air supply control system is established. The control strategy of air supply control system is studied. In order to improve the response rate of air flow in this system, the air flow closed-loop air supply control system is designed. And the air flow is respectively regulated by PID control strategy and fuzzy PID control strategy. With simulation and results analysis, the fuzzy PID control strategy can obviously change the dynamic and static performance of air supply control system, which then makes the system have good and effective control.According to fuel cell air supply control demand, the paper uses DSP digital controller as the core to realize the hardware design of air supply system that includes a high precision signal acquisition and processing circuit, drive motor current, rotor position detection circuit, air flow detection circuit and fault protection circuit, PWM output circuit, driving motor drive circuit and so on.Based on the hardware design of the system, the system software of the system is designed. Regarding CCS software as a platform, the paper uses C programming language to complete initialization, starting the drive motor, air flow, signal detection,A/ D conversion,motor changing phase and fault protection module of software. In order to compile and debug program, every module is independent.
