Linear motors has a lot of advantages such as without gaps, high acceleration, high speed etc, which makes it has great potential applications in CNC machine tools and other high-end equipment manufacturing field.However, linear motor exists end effect and the cogging effect, which makes the linear motor can produce thrust fluctuation in the process of running, resulting in servo control system tracking error is bigger, positioning accuracy is not high phenomenon, and limits the popularization and application of linear motor.Servo drive control technology is the key technology of linear servo system. Under certain circumstances of linear motor body, reducing the effect of thrust and load fluctuations on the system are required by the servo control system to complete, so the research and design more stable and reliable performance of the linear motor servo drive control system hardware and software structure has the very vital significance, to some extent, it will promote the development and application of linear motor servo control system.In this paper, based on permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) as the control object, on the basis of extensive reading of literature at home and abroad, studies the TMS320F28335 DSP as the core processor, with the core algorithm of the vector control servo drive control system, to improve the linear motor dynamic performance and the application of linear motor make a meaningful exploration, the main work is as follows:(1) Describes the structure of the linear motor, classification, working principle and the status of applications development at home and abroad, comparative analysis of the traditional linear motor control strategy, modern control strategies and intelligent control strategies.(2) The type of contrast vector control, choice of 0di ? vector control strategies, a detailed study of each control loop servo system design, derived rule set controller parameters, to build a simulation model in Matlab / Simu Link and subjected to simulation. The simulation r esults show that the system has good tracking ability, speed loop adopts fuzzy adaptive PI controller have stronger anti-interference ability for the external environment.(3) In detail elaborated the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor servo drive control system hardware and software design. Hardware design includes TMS320F28335 DSP as core of control circuit, power drive circuit with a core of Intelligent Power Module(IPM). Software design divided into main program and interrupt program, and the m ain program to complete the definition of the variable, system initialization and other functions,interrupt program to complete the system fault detection, current loop and speed loop, position loop, data acquisition and processing and pulse width modulati on algorithm.(4) Build permanent magnet synchronous linear motor servo drive control system experimental platform, complete the open-loop and closed-loop experiments to verify the validity of the software and hardware system design.
